Sacred Birthing Class

This is Not your traditional birth class, it is so much more. If you have interest in the fullness and richness that birth holds, Please join me in navigation and creating your sacred birth.  It is my intention to create a space that is safe to ask questions, to work through concerns and to explore the possibilities of creating the birth of your dreams.  One that is not only intimate but transformative.

Proactive labor support can help to reduce that risk. 

It is my intention to help you and your birth partner or support team know how to navigate not only the birth, but to identify and navigate working hand in hand with your health care provider during this sacred, spiritual and intimate time of your life. 

We will have conversations about informed consent and what that actually means.  

You will connect with your birthing partner and get clarity on what support means and looks like to one another. 

• When to call your midwife or doula.  
• Labor positions
• Eating in labor
• Sleep and the reason it matters in early labor
• What is happening as your partner enters the different stages of labor.
• Pushing positions
• What pushing can look or feel like. (You are not going to birth out the top of your head!)
• Interventions and what that word means from A to Z.  
• What is actually normal in labor when not rushed.
• Fear of pooping, let’s get real and celebrate
• Cord clamping let’s talk about it 
• The birth of your placenta.
• Navigating family before birth and after
• How to write a birth plan that aligns with your intentions and desires.
• How to create an empowered experience and consciousness as we preserve the sacredness of the act of birthing.  
•  Herbal suggestions and homeopathic remedies that are useful in pregnancy and labor.
